The 2062 Red Grain fungal disaster left swaths contaminated. In the aftermath, the Memory Harvest emerged — a black market where stolen or salvaged identities are reconstructed and sold.

The Mesh layer here is rumored digital heaven. Faint signals, warm and impossibly old, flicker in buried silos. No one has confirmed reaching it.
